Human babies need less than eight hours of sleep and nap during the day .

During our sleep , hair follicles of the human body , nails , nails and the outer envelope of the skin can regenerate. This occurs because the autopilot, which is formed in the body . People tend to think that the body only recharge energy consumption on the work of the day again , but in truth, the regeneration of the body works much faster when the brain does not have much control action .
